Mike is a business leader and retail executive with more than 36 years of experience in all areas of operations, merchandising, e-commerce and membership programs


Kenny is an executive with extensive experience in the retail and warehouse club industries. He is an untiring champion of the customer and the associate, recognizing that the key to any successful endeavor is the relationship between those who are serving and those who are being served. 

Lisa has a deep knowledge of both sides of the Walmart and Sam’s Club businesses, which allow her to bring a creative and collaborative solution to retail challenges. 

With fifteen years of expertise in business administration, brand strategy, storytelling, and team and process architecture, Heather specializes in guiding businesses from complexity to clarity. She uses this knowledge to help our clients unlock their greater potential in the digital space, converting promotion to sales. 

Dacia is an expert in sales, merchandising, business and development, go-to-market strategy, and has 20 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies and small private start-up companies.

Jim Dragovich has 30+ years of experience leading merchandising teams for industry leading companies in multiple channels in the food industry. His greatest strengths are multi-channel item placements with complex logistics and creating great customer experiences. 

Jaime brings over 21 years of experience at Sam's Club across several divisions. She brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge, consistently demonstrating a strong understanding of project management principles and has successfully led numerous initiatives, driving growth, and maximizing operational efficiency.


Jazmin is a dynamic and accomplished project manager and leader who is known for her exceptional skills in sales and operations, and her unwavering commitment to upholding business initiatives and delivering outstanding customer service. 

Michelle combines her background of office administration and management with her creativity, service-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for organization. She brings a unique approach to workplace challenges in order to affect organizational change.

Stephanie is a highly skilled supply chain professional with more than 25 years of experience in this industry. This rich experience allows her to bring forward thinking and creative solutions to all aspects of her business interactions.

Peter is an innovating buyer with over 25 years of merchandise experience. He has a superb reputation within the grocery retail community, as un-compromised integrity is the hallmark of his service.

Gina has an in-depth knowledge of both sides of the retail experience (buying and selling) and brings a creative and collaborative solution to retail challenges.

Dana stepped into our Finance and Account Manager role from 40 years of experience with Walmart and Sam’s in finance, merchandising, and operations. Her versatile understanding of the retail process makes her excellent in ensuring our accounts and finances are in proper order. During her free time, she enjoys biking, gardening, time with her fur babies (Gracie and Daisy), and family outings.

Mohit joined our team after completing his Masters in Applied Business Analytics at the University of Arkansas. With a background in operations and a keen eye for data, he is an integral part of our analytics and operations, spotting the potential risks in client's business and calling out the successes that can be capitalized on. Outside of the office, he enjoys swimming and exploring new restaurants or breweries with friends.

Brendan is our Regional Sales Manager for the Western US, specializing in institutional and craft services sales. With a multifaceted background in restaurant management and the retail food service industry, he has a dynamic understanding of how to help clients match their product with new opportunities. On his own time, Brenden loves hiking, sports, walking his dog and visiting family on the east coast.

Rachel joined our team with a background in marketing, project management, and eCommerce operations, which she brings to her role as a digital platform specialist. She is known for her ability to drive results through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and connecting with friends and family.

Mark joined our team in 2025 as our Director of Digital Operations. With a background in retail media leadership and a Masters in Media Design and Technology, he guides our clients online presence and strategy with the knowledge and experience of it takes to convert promotion to sales. When he's not curating content at work, you can find Mark playing tennis, going to baseball games, and enjoying down time with his family.
