Maggie started her career in operations at McDonald’s then transitioned that frontline experience to the agency world on brands as diverse as Frito-Lay, Bombardier Private Jets, Dell, UDV Spirits, and Caesars Entertainment (CET).
She was then recruited to lead brand management for Caesars Entertainment to develop differentiated customer journeys for its portfolio of twelve casino brands and Total Rewards: the portfolio-wide loyalty program with over 50 million members. She was responsible for managing $200M+ in media planning/buying across the portfolio.
Maggie was then hired by Sam’s Club where she developed a holistic, branded Member experience for the $56B warehouse brand. Under her leadership, she added the data-driven disciplines of category marketing, brand management, CRM and club-specific marketing to meet the needs of Members while driving company growth.
Maggie expanded on her passion for creating customer journeys as EVP Customer Experience/CMO at American Signature Furniture. She laid the foundation for a consumer-centric strategy to create a compelling furniture buying experience – both in-store and online.
In her current role as a senior partner with Growthwise Group, Maggie’s client portfolio has included Mohegan Gaming Entertainment, Affinity Gaming, NowDx, Loyalty Vision, Boxed.com, Vitamin Shoppe, New Mexico Tourism Department, Pearl River Resort, No Time 2 Cook, Waxhead and Chumash Casino Resort among others.
Maggie’s depth of experience is matched by her breadth of knowledge of all core marketing disciplines including: brand promise architecture, agency/media management and expense optimization, promotions, CRM, account specific marketing, social/digital marketing, special events, PR and customer journeys. She is unique in that she has years of both agency and client experience – a rarity in this industry.
